    RENOVATION IN CAS CATALA, MALLORCA  

    This house renovation eliminated the bridges and created much more space on the second floor. An additional bedroom and three bathrooms were added. All marble floors were repolished and the first floor ceiling was smoothed out. New laundry room and gym in the basement. Additional custom closets, speaker system and AC were installed.

  KITCHEN RENOVATION IN GENOVA, MALLORCA 

  By tearing down the wall to open up kitchen to the hallway, this kitchen renovation increased the flow and light from entry to living room. The space also became larger and more comfortable with a new seating area. Kitchen cabinetry and countertop from IKEA.  New electrics and plumbing were installed to modernize this apartment.

  APARTMENT RENOVATION IN PERE GARAU, MALLORCA 

     By tearing down 2 walls this dark and small roomed apartment became a light and airy space. An open kitchen, dining room and living room was created. A nook in the dining area for a home office was incorporated. New bathroom and kitchen by IKEA. New double glazed windows. New paint, floors and upgrades in both plumbing and electrics.

  BATHROOM RENOVATION IN ALARO, MALLORCA 

     This renovation was done to match the existing Mallorcan style of the house. A new bathtub was installed and mosaic tile work was done in collaboration with the owner. Cabinets were made on site from microcement and hardwood. The marble sinks and countertop were custom made as a single piece by a local manufacturer on the island.

  APARTMENT RENOVATION IN MARIVENT, MALLORCA 

     This apartment renovation was completed throughout the entire space and also included the balcony area. New IKEA kitchen, bathroom and closets. A new door to bedroom was installed for more privacy. New floors, lighting, AC, paint and plumbing made this place feel brand new again. No Architectural Drawings were needed.
