 ADDITION IN TÄBY KYRKBY, SWEDEN  

  This two story addition was done to create more space for a growing family. On the first floor, a extra large kitchen with plenty of storage was created. The kitchen was modernized and a custom designed shelf unit balanced its back wall. The breakfast dining area was placed in the east corner of the house where the sun rises. The pantry was also designed to accommodate a counter top area for breakfast in the mornings and a new back door provides easy access for groceries. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms with a living/TV area for the kids was added. Hallway with linen cabinet provided additional storage. A new bathroom with a glass door sauna was installed. New hardwood floors.

 NEW GARAGE WITH POOL IN DJURSHOLM, SWEDEN

 This garage and pool addition was designed to blend in with the main house. The landscaping in front was designed to accommodate a new and improved outdoor area. The fire pit was moved and the lower front yard was leveled for a badminton court where the landscaped wall can also be used for seating.

  CONVERTED GARAGE BECOMES NEW GUESTHOUSE IN DJURSHOLM, SWEDEN

   This building was previously a wooden garage and was converted into a smaller version of the main house. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and a combined open kitchen, living room and dining area. A loft has been built above the bathroom for storage.

  EXTENSION - NEW, LARGER KITCHEN IN TÄBY, SWEDEN

 A new, large kitchen, kitchen island with five seats and additional pantry were installed when the family had expanded. The old dining area became a living room/library room with double doors for those who needed a quieter place. This additional 12m2 changed the entire common areas of the first floor and opened up the house even more.

      NEW GUESTHOUSE IN DJURSHOLM, SWEDEN  

  This guest house was designed as a smaller version of the Main  House in Art Nouveau style. By lowering it into the ground by half a meter, we reduced its perceived height. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and a combined open kitchen, living room and dining area. A loft has been built above the bedroom and bathroom for extra guests.

       CONVERTED SAUNA/STORAGE BECOMESGUEST CABIN IN MUSKÖ, SWEDEN   

    This building was renovated from an existing sauna and storage space into a guest cabin. Sunrise and sunset can be seen from both the kitchen and bedroom upon client's request. Wardrobes are located behind the bed. A new bathroom was also incorporated into the design. Larger windows and a terrace all around.
